Yoga and Nature Enthusiast
Hello, and thank you for being here!
My name is Paige, and my yoga journey began in 2021. From the moment I stepped onto the mat, I found solace in the practice, particularly in yin yoga and meditation. Through these practices, I discovered a profound connection with my mind, body, and soul, unlike anything I had experienced before.
As my practice deepened, I felt a calling to share this transformative experience with others. My training under Melissa Sebes of the Empower Yoga Teacher Training Program was instrumental in shaping my teaching style. I completed the RYT-200 hour program in April 2022 and also obtained my RYT-35 hour yin yoga certification through the same program.
Beyond yoga, I am a devoted wife and dog mom who finds joy in camping, hiking, and immersing myself in nature. Forest bathing and meditation in the woods have become integral parts of my practice, allowing me to cultivate peace and connection with the natural world.​

Currently, I teach at PurYoga in both the Boardman and Howland locations under the wonderful guidance of Shannon Shugart. In addition, I lead multiple levels of chair yoga classes locally and create unique events that blend my love for nature with yoga and meditation.
Now, I am excited to extend my offerings beyond traditional classes, focusing on retreats that combine yoga, meditation, and the healing power of nature. These getaways are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the earth, offering a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and transformation.
To all of you, I extend heartfelt appreciation for inspiring me every day to continue growing, learning, and advocating for the inclusive nature of yoga.
